Since 1990, Brian has worked extensively in the public accounting and business brokerage fields with a primary emphasis on inbound foreign investment, international and domestic tax planning and compliance, business valuation, buy-side due-diligence and business brokerage services throughout the State of Florida.

Linda D. Govoni comes to business brokerage with 23 years of experience in the Central Florida Theme Park Industry. In her last position as Park Operations and Entertainment Manager with Cypress Gardens in Winter Haven, Florida, Linda developed significant expertise in all aspects of business management. Since joining Govoni in 2003, Linda has closed many transactions with foreign and domestic buyers, and is experienced with complex transactions involving SBA and other financing structures.
